The Product

We are a new family business and have created an inovative and original product. We refused to compromise on quality in the manufacture of our product. I painted the pictures, designed the press cutting tools and packaging. My wife manages the accounts and orders. It's a product we're proud of and want you to enjoy. If you have any comments/queries regarding our product or sales service please tell us, we'd like to know!

Packing

Postage and packaging is normally charged at €8.00 for all orders with in the EU and €15 for the rest of theWorld. We will pack up to three regiments in a single box for practical packing purposes if however you wish regiments/sets packed into individual boxes please indicate this in your order. We charge €8.00 P&P for each extra box. We in no way profit from our P&P in fact we subsidize the cost on larger orders.

Shipping

We try to process and send orders Monday to Saturday, in the order they are recieved. Normally orders placed before noon ship the next business day.

International Shipping

Parcels up to 2kg (equivalent of 12 plates) are sent boxed through regular mail. If you require a product more quickley (i.e. 1 or 2 working days) or a parcel tracking number, guarantees and insurance, let us know and we will provide an updated postage fee. Parcels over 2kg are sent with proof of deposit, signed delivery and tracking. Insurance optional.

Shipping within France

Parcels are sent by Colissimo.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return the item for a refund minus the shipping charges. If there needs to be a return due to a mistake on our part, we will pay all shipping charges. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. You have 7 days from receipt of your order to let us know of a problem with your order.

Payment Methods

Paypal

Paypal is currently our preferred method of payment. As a new business they enable us to accept payments relatively simply. PayPal payment is expected at time of Checkout.

Cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque please make your order by e-mail or in writing as Paypal is the only method our web shop excepts. UK cheque (min 12 days before product despatch) or French Cheque (5 days). Your items can not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
